Covid-19 – IMPORTANT NOTICE
To reduce the risks associated with Covid-19 we are taking additional precautions to clean and sanitize. We are also no longer providing linens for beds or bath towels, you must bring your own.
Rental Policies
- Rates are based on maximum occupancy of eight (8) [4 adults + 4 children]
- Rental periods are Friday to Friday (a minimum seven (7) night stay)
- Check-in is 4:00pm on day of arrival, check-out is 11:00pm on day of departure
- A deposit of 20% is due upon booking to secure your reservation.
- An additional $100 fee applies for pets
- A Security Deposit of $500 is required and will be returned to you within 14 days of your rental
- Payment in full is due one (1) week prior to arrival
- Payments can be made by Credit Card using the secure payment form.
- No refunds, discounts or credits for late arrival or early departure
- Cancellations: We will open your dates up and try to re-book. If we are successful we will refund your deposit less $100. If we are unable to re-book your reserved dates the 20% deposit will be forfeited.
